  1. 1This Gift Card, issued by Pine Labs Limited (formerly known as Pine Labs Private Limited), is usable at Zepto and issued under the name of "Zepto Gift Card
  2. 2This Gift Card Agreement ("Agreement") is between the purchaser and/or redeemer ("you") of the Gift Card ("Gift Card"), and Pine Labs Limited ("Pine Labs" or "Issuer"), a limited company incorporated under the laws of India and authorized by the Reserve Bank of India ("RBI") to issue such Gift Cards.

  4. 4By purchasing and/or redeeming the Gift Card, you accept the following terms and conditions
  5. 5You must have an active and valid Zepto account to redeem the Gift Card. Gift Cards may be purchased online from authorized distributors using the following payment modes only – credit card, debit card and internet banking provided by banks in India.
  6. 6You will only be able to redeem the Gift Card if you provide/update valid name, surname, and mobile number with Zepto.
  7. 7The Gift Card cannot be used outside of India. Valid for a period of 12 months from the date of activation. The cardholder may request for revalidation of the expired Gift Card. Upon receipt of such request the Gift Card may be revalidated after due verification and maybe subject to additional terms and conditions
  8. 8The Gift Cards can be redeemed online on website www.zeptonow.com and Zepto mobile application (website and mobile application known as "Zepto Platform")
  9. 9Please follow these steps to redeem the Gift Card in the Zepto Platform
  10. 10Login to Zepto Platform
  11. 11Click on My Profile / Settings
  12. 12Go to Zepto Cash & Gift Card
  13. 13Click on "Add Card" option to add the Gift card
  14. 14Enter 16-digit Card Number and 6-digit PIN and Submit
  15. 15For balance inquiry, please visit the payments section in your app.
  16. 16Limits may apply to your redemption of or spend using the Gift Card. If you have other payment methods in your Zepto account, value from the Gift Card may be set as your default payment method. If you wish to use another payment method, go to the payment section in the Zepto app and select the payment method before the service is provided.
  17. 17The Gift Card cannot be reloaded with additional funds after purchase. Once purchased, the Gift Card cannot be cancelled by the purchaser, nor is the Gift Card refundable, transferable or returnable or redeemable for cash or credit, except where required by law.
  18. 18Gift Cards cannot be resold.
  19. 19Any cancellations shall be at the sole discretion of Zepto/Pine Labs. You cannot purchase other Gift Cards with the Gift Card, nor can you use the Gift Card to make a payment on a credit account.
  20. 20The Gift Card balance cannot be transferred to any other instrument. Purchases made with value from the Gift Card are not refundable, except where required by law.
  21. 21Issuer assumes no responsibility for the products purchased using the Gift Cards and any liability thereof is expressly disclaimed.
  22. 22You are solely responsible for the safety and security of the Gift Card. Issuer / Zepto is not responsible for any acts of omission or commission if Gift Card is lost, stolen or used without permission.
  23. 23Once the Gift Card has been sent to you, you are bound to protect the Gift Card PIN or Gift Card number as confidential. IN THE EVENT THAT A GIFT CARD IS NON-FUNCTIONAL, YOUR SOLE REMEDY (AND PINE LABS' / ZEPTO's SOLE POTENTIAL LIABILITY) SHALL BE THE REPLACEMENT OF SUCH GIFT CARD.
  24. 24Issuer reserves the right to void the Gift Card if the Issuer / Zepto suspects that the Gift Card was obtained or used fraudulently, unlawfully or otherwise in violation of this Agreement. In such cases, the funds shall be credited back to the same source from where these were received
  25. 25Issuer / Zepto may modify any of this Agreement's terms and conditions at any time.
  26. 26Redemption of the Gift Card is also subject to the Terms Of Use governing your Zepto account.
  27. 27You agree and understand that Gift Cards are a pre-paid payment instrument subjected to regulations by the RBI under the RBI guidelines.
  28. 28Issuer may be required to share KYC details of the purchaser/ redeemer of the Gift Card and/or any other information with relation to the purchase of the Gift Cards and/or transaction undertaken using the Gift Card with RBI or such statutory authorities.
  29. 29Zepto/ Pine Labs may contact the purchaser/redeemer of the Gift Card for any such information.
  30. 30In the event that the beneficiary/know your customer ("KYC") details as per RBI guidelines are found to be incorrect/insufficient, Issuer retains the right to block/cancel the Gift Card issued.
  31. 31If the order value exceeds the Gift Card amount, the balance must be paid by Credit Card/Debit Card/Internet Banking/UPI or other valid payment options.
  32. 32If the order value is less than the amount of the Gift Card, the outstanding balance (after deduction of order value) can be used for subsequent transactions subject to validity of the Gift Card.
  33. 33The value of each Gift Card shall not exceed INR 10000 (Rupees Ten Thousand only) and the aggregated value of all such Gift Cards per user per month shall not exceed INR 500000 (Rupees Five Lacs Only).
  34. 34The Users may not be able to utilise the Gift Card for certain products including tobacco, precious metals and such other products or categories as may be determined by Zepto and/or its sellers from time to time. The Users are requested to check the Zepto Platform at all times before completing their purchases.
  35. 35Similarly Zepto may place purchase or redemption restrictions on certain Users or User cohorts for Zepto Platform safety and integrity.
  36. 36If any term of this Agreement is deemed to be invalid, void or for any reason unenforceable, such term shall be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining terms of this Agreement.

  38. 38Every holder of Gift Cards shall be required to add Gift Card into their Zepto User Account as a pre-requisite to the redemption of the Gift Cards. This will entitle such holder to redeem the value against products and services on the Zepto Platform. Zepto shall honour and consider requests for blocking of Gift Cards only from users who have registered in accordance with the terms above.   39. 39This Agreement shall be exclusively governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, excluding its rules on conflicts of laws. To the extent permitted by law, any claim, dispute, or controversy ("Claim") arising out of or relating in any way to: i) this Agreement; ii) the Gift Card; iii) your acquisition of the Gift Card; iv) your redemption of the Gift Card for use, or attempted use, within the Zepto app; v) the amount of available funds on the Gift Card; or vi) advertisements, promotions or oral or written statements related to the Gift Card; no matter how described, pleaded or styled, shall be subject to the laws of India and the courts in Bangalore shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
  40. 40This governing law and jurisdiction provision shall survive: i) the termination of this Agreement; ii) the bankruptcy of any party; or iii) any transfer, sale or assignment of the Gift Card, or any amounts owed on the Gift Card, to any other person or entity. If any portion of this provision is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining portions shall remain in force.
  41. 41E-Gift Cards are usually delivered instantly, but may be delayed up to 24 hours.
  42. 42No returns and no refunds on gift cards, E- gift cards and gift vouchers shipped by woohoo.in. Please check the refund policy at https://www.woohoo.in/faq for further details.
  43. 43You can change the language for transaction alert via SMS notifications, please write to gcsupport.woohoo@pinelabs.com . You can choose to receive SMS in any of one language – Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Marathi, Bengali, Gujarati, Odia, Punjabi, Malayalam and Assamese. While sending the email, please mention the registered mobile against your gift card number and your preferred language option for getting these SMS.
  44. 44Pine Labs will take upto 15 working days to update your SMS language preference. Please note, once your language preference is recorded for Zepto Gift Card, all future transaction alert SMS will be sent on your mobile number in your preferred language.
